Refund and Returns Policy

At AMC Hub, we value your trust and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. While we strive to deliver only the best quality MMA, boxing, weightlifting, and fitness gear, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@amchub.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable) showing the defect.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship products back without obtaining this number.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during your purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons other than defects or damage.
  • We cannot accept returns for:
    • Opened or used products
    • Gift cards
    • Custom-made or personalized orders
    • Items marked as final sale
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a refund according to our return policy.
