Return and Refund Policy for Amchub

At Amchub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy.

Returns

• You may return most items within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
• To initiate a return, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at info@amchub.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions

• Certain items may be non-returnable or marked as final sale. This includes opened or used products, gift cards, and custom orders.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at order@amchub.com.au for assistance with exchanges.
